The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists has joined forces with Outcomes Pharmaceutical Health Care to increase access to medication therapy management services. The partnership seeks to leverage the ASCP members and "expand the reach of ASCP member consultant and senior care pharmacists into community-based settings, bringing much needed clinical expertise to medically complex patients wherever they reside," said John Feather, ASCP's executive director and CEO. Patty Kumbera, Outcomes' chief operating officer, added, "We are excited to partner with ASCP to expand our network. ASCP members will join thousands of Outcomes Personal Pharmacists providing face-to-face MTM services."
