One lot of a mouthwash from Cardinal Health is being recalled due to bacterial contamination.

Hydrox Labs is voluntarily recalling alcohol-free mouthwash bearing the Cardinal Health label. Lot number 26228 of the 4-oz. mouthwash has been found to carry Burkholderia cepacia, which may be harmful to the immunocompromised. The mouthwash has been distributed to hospitals, medical centers, and long-term care facilities. Customers should contact Cardinal Health for product return instructions.
